Stone and Rose Co, is a custom lighting company based in Miami that utilizes natural crystals as their source of light and energy for interior/exterior illumination and art installations.
Stone and Rose was created by Joanne Stone and Liubasha Rose, two friends and kindred spirits with a shared vision that meets at the crossroads of jewelry and interior design. Endlessly inspired by the earth’s minerals in their raw form, they look to share nature’s beauty with others. They work with miners across the world, from Peru to Africa, and select their stones straight from the source. Their work combines design and energetic intent to harness the power of minerals and their manifestation in their intended spaces.

Joanne Stone
Joanne Stone is a crystal light worker. Moved to creating soulful connection between people and nature, In 2014 She launched Joanne Stone Design, a fine jewelry brand focused on crystal healing, ethical production, handmade quality, and design that honors the natural formation of stones and their energy. In 2016, along side the talented Liubasha, she co-founded Stone and Rose Co, a life long dream of creating lighting and an extension of her crystal jewelry into the home.
Apart from designing jewelry and lighting installations, She loves to share her personal practices of The Cha Dao: The Way of the Tea, The Sacred Feminine ( sacred woman rites) and crystal work. Joanne received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Universita’ di Bologna, Italy.

Liubasha Rose
Liubasha is the founder and Creative Director of Rose Ink Workshop, a multidisciplinary design firm that specializes in hospitality interiors. Rose Ink is a group of creatives from different areas of hospitality design including interiors, branding, graphics, fashion, OS+E and art.
Prior to founding Rose Ink Workshop and Stone & Rose Co, Liubasha was Vice President of Design at Starwood Capital Group. She was responsible for design direction and the execution of renovation projects for Starwood Capital assets, and was involved in the implementation of new brands launched by the firm. She has contributed to the development of the two luxury hotel and lifestyle brands, 1 Hotels and Baccarat Hotels & Resorts as well as the Postcard Inn, ST Residential portfolio, and numerous restaurants and hotels around the world. While at Starwood Capital, Liu nurtured the design of the first 1 Hotel to open—the 1 Hotel & Homes, South Beach.
Liubasha won the prestigious Wave of the Future award from Hospitality Design Magazine in 2015. Liubasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cornell University and an Associates in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2008, Liubasha worked as an interior designer at Tihany Design.
Rose Ink has been featured in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Wallpaper, Luxe, Hospitality Design and Lonny.
